As a person you are positive, and service minded. You are organised in your daily work and like structure to thrive.

It’s an advantage if you have a proven track record of being a wizard with words and have experience from corporate communications campaigns, as well as experience from Social Media campaigns, and working with WordPress.

To fit in this role, you like mixing tasks throughout your workday, and are both able to cooperate with colleagues in a smaller team, as well as working individually.

It’s an advantage, but not a requirement, if you have worked or studied abroad, in an English-speaking country, if you are not natively English speaking.

  • Execute the Communication plan for all N-O-G companies, together with the team.
  • Update information and texts on the N-O-G companies webpages.
  • Produce research material before project starts.
  • Organise documentation in communication projects.
  • Produce Social Media material and news texts for all N-O-G companies.
  • Plan for and execute internal and external events and exhibitions together with the event team if necessary.
  • Be part of marketing and communications projects, develop and execute communications campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising and communication agencies, journalists, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan for and execute photo and film sessions together with the Communications and Marketing team if necessary.
  • Be part of maintaining the integrity and success of the company groups strong brand.
  • Responsible for the websites within the company group, as well as the social media presence.
  • Be part of expanding and developing communications platforms.


  • Suitable education for the position, preferably within project management, communication, marketing, copywriting, or journalism.
  • Knowledge in the shipping industry is an advantage.
  • Fast learner to quickly adapt and perform in new unfamiliar situations.
  • Excellent skills in writing and knowledge of working with
  • Fluent in English (and a Scandinavian language), both written and verbally.
  • Leadership and/or project management experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience from working with My News Desk is an advantage.
