Northern Offshore Services´ Green Technology initiative
The best solution
Efficiency through flexibility
The N-O-S fleet is versatile, and its vessels are of a high standard and developed with flexibility in mind. The aim is to offer the customer as much choice and diversity as possible when it comes to vessel types. We always make every effort to tailor solutions to our customer’s needs in order to ensure that the work is as efficient as possible.
For example, 4 different types of ships from N-O-S have worked at the same wind park and for the same customer: Developer, Builder, Assister and Carrier. D-Class, B-Class, A-Class and a twin-axe.

Personnel
Our most valuable asset
Northern Offshore Services has a fantastic service culture and employs people with a positive, can-do attitude who inspire those around them, which is something we value very highly. This can-do attitude has been a major contributing factor to our success and development.
We employ some 250 staff and strive to form personal relationships and work together based on our vision: BEST365. It is important to us that our employees are committed to their work and that this commitment is based on our values.
Our crew members are qualified in accordance with the applicable national and international regulatory frameworks. In addition to possessing the requisite formal qualifications, our crew members are also very quality-conscious and professional as most have extensive and broad experience of working at sea. Because work at sea requires the crew members’ full attention, we always use double crews that work full time. That way, they are able to utilise their full potential when at work.
