As a Master you will be responsible for the daily transport of technicians and spare parts for the offshore wind farms in Europe. You are going to be an important person in order to create the highest standard of professional service for our customers. You will also have to cooperate with our onshore personnel.

DUTIES
A Master on board one of our vessels, have ultimate responsibility for the crew and passengers on board. The Master develops and follows procedures on board the vessel together with the crew, and manages and allocates work among the staff on board. You will have the opportunity to operate vessels a lot, which requires a high level of navigation and manoeuvring skills in a variety of situations. As a Master, you have overall responsibility for work on board, which includes making decisions on how processes, systems, administration, mechanical maintenance, and onboard safety should all work. The crews on board are small, consisting of between two and five crew members depending on the size of the vessel. You need to have an interest in and the skills for the effective planning and supervision of day-to-day work. Masters are the face of the company and are responsible for contact and follow-ups with customers on site. Masters ensure that the vessel is operated safely and efficiently in accordance with internal and external systems requirements. The Master on board has freedom within the responsibility of their role, and can have a say in the work that takes place on board.

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for persons with offshore knowledge and the right qualifications (STCW II/3) or higher and a positive attitude. You must have the ability to cooperate with your colleagues and you must also have the ability to express yourself orally and in writing in English. If you are able to handle the German, Swedish, or Danish language this will be a plus. In the work, you are expected to act and make independent decisions but at the same time have good interpersonal skills.
